2019 SPRING PARADE OF HOMES REMODELERS SHOWCASE MARCH 29 TH – 31 ST , 2019 FROM 12:00-6:00 PM
The Spring Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase is just around the corner and Great Northern Builders is excited to show off one of our recently remodeled homes! We helped the homeowners of this St. Louis Park home remodel their lower level to accommodate their growing family. To increase the livable space in this home, we added an additional bedroom and three-quarter bath to the lower level. This extra bedroom is the perfect space for guests or an older child. Next, we overhauled the entertainment area and added built-in cabinets to increase its functionality and extra storage. Completing the newly remodeled design is a dry bar topped with quartz countertops and two refrigerators. To tie the design together, we used shiplap accents and unique lighting to clearly define each space.
