This traditional 90s home was cramped and segregated. A growing and busy family of four needed a space that they could gather to prepare meals do homework or just sit and enjoy one another after a long day. A large addition was added to the rear of the home creating the much needed square footage for the new kitchen and dining room. This allowed for the family room to be opened up to the new space and create a true “Great Room”. Bright, light color pallets were brought in to enhance the Southern exposure. Solid surface counters, tons of new lighting and functional appliances were chosen to finish the space. The rest of the main level received a facelift to ensure a seamless flow with the new space.
